Find the ranch you'd like to ride at and submit an inquiry — just your name, email, and a quick riding profile. No account, no password.
The ranch's trainer reviews the match, picks the right horse for you, and emails back with options. When you accept one, that's when your account is created and you sign your contract.
Acceptance triggers commitment — not the other way around.
Wait for the invite.
Your tenant admin sends an invitation email to your address. The link opens a quick set-password page; once you're in, your role (Admin or Trainer) is already wired up.
Lost your invite or never received one? Ask your tenant admin to resend it from /admin/invitations.
